HOW IT WORKS

Contaminated fluid is pumped into the VDF separator unit creating centrifugal forces that push solid contaminants into the cyclone's walls. Gravity then forces the heavier "dirty solid" particles downwards, while the lighter fluid enters a vortex in the center pulling it upwards and exiting as "clean fluid".

PRECISE FILTRATION PERFORMANCE

Filter over 99% of particles 25 µm, 95% of particles 10 µm, and 90% of particles 5 µm in size. Dramatically improve cutting precision and production quality by reducing scratching, as well as increase tool life, and safeguard machining equipment. TOP
